Her work focuses on helping leaders develop the mindset and skills needed to motivate people, reduce internal friction, and align the workforce with company goals.

While obtaining a B.S. in Business Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, Karie saw firsthand how gaps in communication, empathy, and leadership consistency hindered performance—regardless of technical skill. She believes real change starts at the top.
